This is a hands-on role with significant scope to shape strategy and position the organisation as a market leader in workforce capability. The Role Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, building strong relationships to assess current capabilities, identify areas for uplift and forecast emerging skill needs; Plan, develop and implement learning initiatives annually, spanning leadership, technical, clinical, compliance and workforce management programs; Foster a culture of continuous learning and talent development, ensuring programs are impactful and aligned to organisational goals; Oversee learning systems, data and reporting, maintaining accuracy, compliance, evaluation and continuous improvement; Establish frameworks and metrics to measure training effectiveness, engagement and impact; and Develop structured career pathways and capability frameworks to support employee growth and succession planning. To Be Successful Proven experience in designing and implementing L&D strategies and programs; Strong listening skills with the ability to gather honest employee feedback and translate it into actionable initiatives; Experience reviewing processes, identifying improvements and implementing effective solutions; Expertise in shaping organisational structures, enhancing team capability and delivering leadership programs; and Ability to define and demonstrate measures of success for learning initiatives.
