You'll design and deliver innovative learning solutions delivering innovative and scalable learning solutions that directly support employee growth, drive high performance, cultivate an agile and collaborative culture.Day to day you will:Support with identifying capability needs and design cutting-edge learning experiences, leveraging various modalities to support onboarding, technical, and professional development, ensuring alignment with organisational goalsLead the implementation and delivery of engaging learning programs, utilising technology like Workday and an LMS to ensure timely, high-quality execution and effective trackingLead the online compliance module suite, including reporting.Build strong stakeholder relationships, providing expert advice to ensure learning initiatives support change management and technology adoptionContribute to a vibrant culture of continuous learning, promoting development opportunities, and staying abreast of emerging L&D trendsQualificationsWhat you'll bring:Demonstrated experience designing and delivering development programs, events and cyclical processesStrong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologiesDemonstrated ability to use data and analytics to measure program effectiveness, and demonstrate business impactAbility to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisationProficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and excel / sheets reportingTertiary qualification in HR, OD or Learning is desirable but not essentialAdditional InformationHow we workAt Nine, our flexible work options vary by role and team.
