As Associate Director, Business Risk Partner , you’ll lead a team of risk professionals, consolidate the enterprise risk profile across finance, operations, and corporate affairs/marketing, and partner with senior executives and the Board to embed governance frameworks and deliver sustainable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing team of risk professionals. Oversee the annual risk profile, audits, remediation, and control effectiveness. Establish and manage executive risk committees across multiple portfolios. Drive remediation and compliance uplift linked to regulatory requirements. Provide strategic advice to senior leaders and influence enterprise governance. Present risk insights and updates at Board and executive level. Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related field. 10–15 years’ experience in enterprise risk, audit, or assurance across large organisations. Proven leadership capability with direct and indirect reports. Demonstrated experience presenting to senior executives and Boards.
