Leading ASX listed company requires a highly experienced Program Manager, Finance outsourcing for a 12 Month fixed term engagement based in Macquarie Park. As the Program Manager, Finance Outsourcing your role will manager the finance function and the 3rd party outsourcing partner. On a daily basis, you will: Overseeing the development, delivery, and integration of the service delivery framework. Ensuring seamless transition into business-as-usual with minimal disruption. Embedding change through strong governance, clear communication, and thoughtful risk management. Tracking benefits realisation and ensuring alignment to organisational strategy. To succeed in this role, you will: Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs, ideally within a shared services or operating model redesign context. A solid understanding of finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R), and preferably HR (H2R). A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisational structures. Strong program governance, financial acumen, and hands-on leadership. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or similar, and ideally project/program certifications (e.g., PMP, MSP).
