Ensure product food safety & quality standards are met Working collaboratively with the site team to achieve targets and milestones in food safety & quality Proactive in implementing product quality risk mitigation strategies Ensure compliance to the Food Safety Plan and improve the plan where able Ensure all processes are documentated. Skills & Experience Food industry background highly regarded Highly collaborative approach with strong communication skills Ability to problem solve and identify a way forward when faced with issues Demonstrated effectiveness in team engagement, cultural change and process improvement Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
