The Role The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of production to ensure the efficient, safe, and high-quality production of food products. Manage food processing lines. Ensure production meets company expectations. Work as part of a team to resolve product, process and equiptment issues. Monitor and review production documentation ensuring audit sign off. Skills & Experience Previously worked in a food manufacturing ernviroment in a supervisory role. Excellent communication - Verbal & written. Ability to listen reflectively, maintain confidentiality & resolve conflict. Prioritse and plan work activities, use time efficiently, set goals and objectives. Adapt to changes within the working environment.
