About the role: Working closely with some of the most highly regarded partners in the planning and environment space, you will advise on: Planning approvals and land use strategy. Environmental compliance and regulation. Compulsory acquisitions and land compensation. Major infrastructure and urban development projects. Litigation and dispute resolution before the Land and Environment Court. You’ll be exposed to significant and high-impact matters, from large-scale infrastructure and urban renewal to complex advisory and contentious matters for both private and public sector clients. The ideal candidate: 3–4 years PQE in planning, environment, or local government law. Knowledge of NSW planning laws desirable.
