Position Title: Business Development Manager – Property Management Location: South West Sydney & Greater Western Sydney Industry: Residential Real Estate Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join a high-performing Property Management team in South West Sydney & Greater Western Sydney. This role is ideal for a passionate sales professional with a background in residential real estate, eager to build and expand a property management portfolio while fostering strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Generate New Business: Proactively identify and secure new property management opportunities through networking, prospecting, and strategic lead generation. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, developers, and referral partners. Lead Conversion: Handle inbound inquiries, conduct market appraisals, and effectively convert leads into managed properties. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, rental pricing, and industry developments to provide strategic insights. Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate management agreements, rental terms, and service offerings with prospective landlords. Collaboration with Property Management Team: Work closely with the leasing and property management teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients. Marketing & Brand Awareness: Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote the company's property management services. Reporting & KPI Management: Track and report on new business activities, conversion rates, and overall performance against set targets. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate with a focus on property management. A strong network within the real estate industry and a passion for growing a portfolio. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections effectively. Knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation and property management processes is advantageous. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
