We're on the lookout for a driven and professional New Home Sales Consultant to join a leading residential builder with a strong reputation and consistent enquiry flow. This is an incredible opportunity for a motivated sales professional to earn $250K OTE , working from a high-traffic display location with full support across pre-construction and operations. Key Responsibilities: Engage with walk-in and digital leads from our display home network Build rapport and guide clients through the new home journey, from initial enquiry to contract signing Sell a range of house & land packages and custom homes tailored to individual client needs Collaborate with internal teams including drafting, estimating, and tender to deliver a seamless client experience Prepare sales documents, pricing proposals, and manage the full sales pipeline through CRM Attend weekend and evening appointments as needed What We're Looking For: Experience in new home sales or a similar consultative, client-facing sales environment Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a busy enquiry pipeline Strong understanding of floor plans, site costs, and the residential building process Highly organised, with excellent communication and negotiation skills Available to work weekends and public holidays, with mid-week RDOs What's On Offer: Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of $250K Reputable builder with strong systems and steady construction pipeline High-traffic display location and qualified leads provided Long-term career pathway into senior sales or leadership roles
