The Role: Lead the kitchen team in a fast-paced resort environment. Develop and execute menus for the bistro, functions, and bar. Drive kitchen profitability through strong cost control and waste management. Maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene. Manage daily operations, stock ordering, and kitchen administration. You Are: An experienced Chef or Chef de Partie ready to step up. Qualified with a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery. A proven leader with excellent cost control skills. Passionate about great food and great service.
