Position Overview: As a Chef, you will play a vital role in preparing and presenting high-quality meals, supporting smooth kitchen operations, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. You will work as part of a collaborative team to deliver memorable dining experiences to our guests. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present meals to a high standard across all sections of the kitchen. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control. Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain smooth operations during service. Assist with menu planning, daily specials, and implementation of seasonal offerings. Manage stock rotation, monitor inventory, and minimise waste. Uphold food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards at all times. Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff when required. Skills & Experience: Previous experience as a Chef in a hotel, resort, or busy restaurant environment. Strong culinary knowledge and cooking techniques across a variety of cuisines. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
