Job Specification: As Pharmacist in Charge, you'll take the lead in dispensary operations, ensuring top-tier customer service and clinical care. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing day-to-day operations of the dispensary and store Supervising, rostering, and supporting a large team of pharmacy staff Providing expert advice and professional health services to customers Ensuring compliance with all Pharmacy Board standards Leading vaccination services (essential focus area) You'll have the autonomy to manage operations while being well-supported by a second pharmacist, two dispensary techs, and a team of 16 retail staff.
