We are seeking an established APS HR professional who is a visionary and strategic thinker and can play a pivotal role in establishing, sourcing and supporting the Agency People Strategy goals of establishing a range of Centre of Excellence models for specialist professions related to our Digital Health agenda. Our first sub profession will focus on Program and Project Management (PPM) while building a long-term plan to implement a PPM Centre of Excellence (CoE). This role will partner with other People and Capability team members to ensure we drive capability uplift and embed best practices across the Agency. Your role will further support the strategic growth of the Talent Partner model in the Agency.
