Y ou will be working in the Credit Cards Credit Risk S quad within the Credit Risk and CommAssets Crew, responsible for credit cards credit risk strategy and performance , lending policies, automated decisioning and supporting d ecision system enhancement . As Chapter Lead, you’ll play a dual role: leading and developing the chapter’s capability while remaining hands-on in squad delivery. You’ll manage performance and talent processes, foster team engagement and culture of continuous improvement, and contribute directly to strategic initiatives. On a day to day basis, you’ll : Lead the development and execution of credit risk acquisition and portfolio management strategies for Credit Cards, balancing growth, profitability, and risk. Provide strategic direction and thought leadership across credit decisioning, data analytics, and acquisition modelling. Coach and develop a team of credit risk professionals, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Influence cross-functional squads and senior stakeholders across product, technology, modelling, and compliance. Champion the use of advanced analytics and decisioning systems to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions. Drive transformation initiatives including system upgrades and policy enhancements, all within an agile way of working. Demonstrat e the ability to lead complex initiatives end-to-end, from strategy design through approval and implementation.
