What you will be doing Reporting directly to Senior Manager, Compliance and Risk, this role will be responsible for: Designing and delivering business continuity and resilience frameworks that align with evolving risks and organisational needs. Developing and delivering training programs that equip employees with the knowledge and confidence to respond to disruptions. During continuity events you will lead and coordinate incident responses and recovery activities, while ensuring stakeholder engagement and effective decision making. Creating and overseeing testing programs. What you will bring to the role Demonstrated expertise in developing, delivering and continuously enhancing enterprise-wide business continuity and resilience programs. Experienced in delivering training, conducting simulations and performing resilience reviews. Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team, while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. High-level verbal and written communication skills. Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience required.
