MJD Recruitment are working with a leading investment firm to recruit a part-time Assistant to support a busy team in their Melbourne office. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a varied role where you’ll be the go-to person for administration and team support in a fast-paced, professional environment. What you’ll be doing: Providing administrative and operational support including expenses, reporting, and general team assistance. Scheduling meetings, managing diaries, and coordinating travel. Preparing professional documents and presentations (primarily in PowerPoint). Coordinating meeting rooms, greeting clients, and arranging catering when required. Managing office and kitchen supplies to keep things running smoothly. Supporting marketing activities, team events, and graduate recruitment processes. Assisting the Senior EA with ad-hoc projects. Who we’re looking for: An experienced Administrator, Team Assistant or EA with strong organisational skills. Confident using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and able to prepare polished documents. Someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who enjoys being the first point of contact. A proactive multitasker who can manage competing deadlines and stay calm under pressure.
