Newcastle Weighing Services (NWS) is looking for an experienced IT project manager to oversee our software and hardware implementation projects and manage a talented IT team. About the Role Lead a team of 8 staff to deliver IT projects in line with customer needs Deliver end-to-end IT projects – from data analysis and design through to installation and handover. Oversee the implementation of both software solutions and hardware infrastructure (traffic lights, boom gates, cabling, wiring, etc). Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, building strong relationships with customers and owners. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards. What We’re Looking For Experience managing IT/software/hardware projects (3–4 at a time). Strong leadership and people management skills. Ability to analyse business data and map processes into IT solutions. Thick-skinned, resilient, and confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
