What you’ll be doing: Providing day-to-day IT support for staff across all departments Managing user onboarding/offboarding and account administration in Active Directory Delivering first-level support for specialised systems, including preventative maintenance Supporting bespoke software and liaising with external vendors for escalations Working collaboratively with a small IT team Handling occasional after-hours or weekend support during peak periods Experience required: Strong communication skills with a personable, approachable style 3 years experience in an IT support role with exposure to ticketing systems Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work across varied tasks Soild understanding of desktop, software, and account management About the company: A key player in their industry with an engaged, collaborative culture who are in the midst of an exciting growth stage.
