With sales up 30% year-on-year, it’s an exciting time to step into a growing branch where you’ll play a key role in supporting trade customers and building the future of our business. What you’ll do: Assist trade customers at the counter with product advice, quotes, and orders. Build and manage customer accounts alongside the Branch Manager. Conduct outbound customer calls and develop new business in the Bayswater/South-East suburbs market. Support branch operations – picking orders, deliveries, and trade promotions. Learn from an experienced team with over 150 years of industry knowledge. What we’re looking for: Plumbing or trade industry knowledge (essential). Sales or customer service experience (preferred, not essential). Great communicator with a customer-first mindset. Motivated, career-focused, and eager to grow into a long-term role. A valid driver’s licence. What’s on offer: Use of a company Ute (conditions apply). Full-time role: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, every 2nd Saturday 8am–12pm.
