In this dynamic, client-facing role, you will be responsible for developing strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers across the industrial and power solutions sector. Your focus will be on identifying market opportunities, managing end-to-end sales processes, and delivering tailored solutions that align with each customer’s needs. This position requires regular on-road travel to visit clients, with some overnight stays and the occasional interstate travel to attend meetings, site visits, and industry events. Key Responsibilities: • Manage enquiries, tender submissions, and sales opportunities across your designated territory. • Engage with contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders to grow market share. • Leverage internal technical and commercial teams to deliver competitive solutions. • Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools. • Attend industry events to foster relationships and stay ahead of market trends. About You: • Proven sales experience in the industrial sector (essential). • Exposure to heavy machinery, power generation, or technical equipment (highly advantageous). • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. • Commercially minded with a strategic, customer-focused approach. • Resilient, driven, and proactive in identifying and closing opportunities. • Trade or technical background preferred, though not essential. • Flexibility to travel regularly, including some overnight and occasional interstate trips.
