Your key responsibilities will include : Order fulfillment – Pick, pack, load, and unload orders accurately to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries. Goods – Receiving goods from suppliers, ensuring they are undamaged and match the orders placed. Customer interaction – Engaging professionally with customers while delivering or picking up goods. Vehicle and equipment maintenance – Keeping the warehouse, company vehicles and equipment in a safe and clean condition. Paperwork completion – Ensuring all relevant documentation is correctly filled out. What you’ll need to succeed: Strong communication skills –Able to build rapport easily with customers and team members. Previous experience in a warehouse or trade environment – Electrical wholesale experience is a strong advantage, but not essential. Physically capable – Comfortable with manual handling tasks, including picking, packing, and lifting items up to 23kg. High attention to detail – Accuracy in order preparation and safety-conscious at all times. Proactive and motivated – A “can-do” attitude, hardworking nature, and ability to work both independently and in a team. Well-presented and personable – Professional appearance and a friendly, supportive manner. Full Australian or New Zealand working rights – Sponsorship is not available (no temporary visas).
