We are looking for a senior therapist; someone with at least 3 years of hand therapy experience who’s ready to take the next step into leadership while continuing to do the clinical work they love. About the Role: As our new Leading Hand Therapist, you’ll play a key role in both clinical and team leadership. You’ll: Triage referrals and manage therapist bookings Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to our team of five Support onboarding and training of new team members Collaborate with our directors as part of the leadership team Maintain your own caseload and continue growing your clinical expertise We’ve built strong systems, solid admin support, and a culture that values collaboration, care, and connection.
