What You’ll Do Joining team in Darwin, you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team. Our service manages a mixed paediatric and adult caseload, with a stronger focus on psychosocial disability in line with local community needs, alongside a range of physical and intellectual disabilities. The role is community-based, with most appointments conducted via home visits. We have a team of two OTs currently working from our Darwin office as we continue to grow. Day-to-day you will: Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
