What you will be doing Support the branch team to achieve personal lending, service, and operational outcomes Manage member enquiries and provide tailored information on Qudos products and services Assist with personal lending applications, including data entry, document preparation, and member communication Handle complex member needs, cash transactions, and account maintenance Support members with digital banking and escalate queries or complaints as needed Actively cross-sell products and make outbound calls to new and prospective members Record sales activity in Prosper and follow up on future opportunities and referrals Achieve set KPIs and contribute to team presentation and service standards Participate in service training, including FX and insurance Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and statutory requirements Promote a safe work environment and report WHS incidents promptly Constructively challenge and escalate concerns through appropriate channels Perform additional duties as directed by Management.
