Role is open to be based in either Sydney or Melbourne What you’ll be doing Supporting and directing where appropriate the Regional Portfolio Manager and Property Managers on an operational day to day basis to ensure the objectives of the Funds are met and to mitigate risk and drive new opportunities Ongoing fund/portfolio assessment and review of property assets including Strategic Asset Plans (where appropriate) in order to support the development of investment and divestment strategies Overseeing the provision of accurate financial information, financial analysis and modelling of both individual asset and funds under management from property, accounting and analytics teams for CQE Actively working with the broader team to enhance tenant customer relationships Supporting the implementation of the Fund’s ESG initiatives Support senior management on both sale and leaseback and strategic partnership strategy for social infrastructure including fostering future-focused relationships with external partners including tenant customers, governments and the community Preparing fund and portfolio investment reports in a timely manner for acquisition, divestment and operational activities Assisting in the preparation of board reports, investor reports, investor presentations and fund strategy papers Attending and contributing towards investor presentations as appropriate Involvement in new product development (Wholesale Partnerships) Work closely with the capital transactions team on transaction management process with involvement on appointment and management of consultants/sales agents, due diligence, deal risk identification and mitigation, analysis, negotiations and achieving financial closure for both acquisitions and divestments.
