Job Description As a Payroll Officer, you’ll ensure employees are paid accurately and on time while supporting compliance, reporting, and exceptional service delivery. Process and administer payroll, maintaining accurate employee records and managing adjustments such as overtime and deductions Ensure compliance with awards, EBAs, tax regulations, and other payroll-related legislation Provide clear, timely responses to employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies Collaborate with People Services and Finance teams to support seamless payroll operations Prepare payroll reports, assist with audits, and contribute to continuous process improvement
