What you’ll be doing: Take charge of the end-to-end settlements process, from formal approval to the big day. Coordinate with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure every settlement runs smoothly. Keep accurate records and stay on top of every detail. Deliver exceptional customer service – your clients will love you! Contribute to continuous improvement of settlements processes. What we’re looking for: Minimum 1 year of experience in settlements Experience in a brokerage environment working with multiple lender policies Solid residential lending settlements experience Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach. Comfortable using relevant software and technology.
