About the role Are you looking join a dynamic team as an Administration Assistant for our Logistics client based in Keysborough! In this ongoing casual full-time hour's role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administration and efficiently assisting the logistics operations. Working Hours Monday to Friday 7am till 3pm $35.80 per hour What you'll be doing Assisting in container scheduling and accepting SOH (Stock on Hand) reporting and accuracy follow-ups Monitoring and reporting on delivery statuses, including for interstate warehouses Order preparation and paperwork management Coordinating stock take and managing stock control Organising stock transfers between warehouses Assisting with truck scheduling Rework scheduling Preparing order stickering and labels Planning for stock replenishment Replenishment of all consumables What we're looking for Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a logistics or distribution environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly strong Excel, to manage data and maintain records The ability to work across customer systems and warehouse management platforms Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure Adaptable and proactive, with a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities, review, streamline, and improve office-based processes to increase accuracy and efficiency Strong data entry skills with high attention to accuracy and speed Must have permanent right to work in Australia Apply now!
