Benefits Be the first Ads Marketing hire in Australia and make a tangible mark on the business Work within a globally recognised entertainment and technology brand Exposure to groundbreaking advertising and marketing innovations Dynamic, collaborative, and inclusive team culture Hybrid working flexibility and opportunities for global career growth 6-month contract with the possibility of extension, conversion to permanency or other opportunities may present Flexible on salary depending on experience level and suitability for the position Responsibilities Design and execute go-to-market strategies and narratives to position the Ads business in Australia Create impactful marketing enablement materials for advertisers, in partnership with the APAC Ads Marketing team Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Comms, Product Marketing, Research, Partnerships, Events, Legal) to ensure a consistent and culturally relevant market presence Lead local strategies for industry events, conferences, and client engagement experiences Develop innovative, creative approaches that enhance brand equity and set new benchmarks in the market Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to inform ads marketing strategy Partner with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and client needs. Experience Required Proven marketing experience within advertising, media, entertainment, or technology industries Strong background in building and executing go-to-market strategies and brand narratives Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns and client engagement initiatives Strong analytical skills, with experience using data and insights to guide strategy and decision-making Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work across local and global teams Application Process If you are interested in the role, please click the appropriate link.
