What You’ll Be Doing As Senior Account Director, you’ll lead flagship client relationships and bring big-picture thinking to campaigns that blend creative storytelling with flawless execution. You’ll manage a high-performing team across strategy, ideation, and delivery, playing a key role from pitch to final activation. Day to day you'll be overseeing delivery of large-scale experiential and integrated campaigns and working closely with creative and production teams to bring ideas to life. What Experience You’ll Need To Apply 8 years in brand experience, creative, or integrated agency environments. Proven experience leading major clients and complex campaigns. Confident leadership and mentoring skills. Strong understanding of production and experiential marketing. Ideally, you’ll bring some technical understanding of experiential production, including build, fabrication, and on-ground execution.
