The Role This role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Chilled Distribution Centre (CDC) ensuring our teams are set up for success to deliver on time and in full. Role Responsibilities Review and investigate receivals, picking, replenishment and despatch on a regular basis to improve accuracy and efficiency Optimise utilisation of labour through efficient management and equipment use Internal and external stakeholder management Lead and participate in Health and Safety initiatives Monitor and manage the preventative maintenance programme for mobile equipment and other assets Ensure the Chilled Distribution Centre achieves targeted efficiencies Requirements: Experience in multi-site warehousing with FMCG products Strong experience using Warehouse Management Computer Systems Proven experience in a leadership role What do we offer: 5 Weeks annual leave Employee rewards program Various health and wellbeing discounts i.e. private health, hotels, gyms Employee Assistance Program Apply: To apply for this role, please submit a CV and covering letter that best shows your relevant skills and experience.
