To ensure every detail is flawless, every question answered, and every guest has a smile on their face. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing event registrations, enquiries, and follow-ups with efficiency and care. Keeping our event schedules, spreadsheets, and calendars organised and accurate. Supporting the planning and execution of event logistics to ensure smooth operations. Crafting professional materials like name badges, seating plans, and presentations. Assisting in the development of marketing materials to spotlight events across social media and other platforms. Using your excellent judgment to liaise with partners, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and stellar outcomes. Bringing a positive attitude to the team, staying calm under pressure, and tackling challenges with enthusiasm. About You: You’re energetic, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ve got: At least 3 years of admin experience (bonus points if it’s in events!). A knack for juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball. Strong tech skills – think Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and everything in-between. Sharp attention to detail – you’re the person who spots the typo, catches the misstep, and ensures everything is polished to perfection. Communication skills that make people say, "Wow!" A positive, can-do attitude that motivates and uplifts the team. A cool head under pressure and a solutions-focused mindset. Bonus: You’ve dabbled with CRM systems, EventsAir, or similar platforms – or you’re eager to learn!
