We are working with a leading US HealthTech SaaS Vendor who are looking for a Regional Sales Manger to be based anywhere in NZ as long as they are comfortable travelling throughout New Zealand. Our client sells leading practice management software which allows practices to run efficiently and increase revenues. They have many advantages over the competition and as a result are growing. Regional Sales Manager We are looking for a sales hunter with business development experience who is skilled at building a consistent sales funnel and closing sales opportunities monthly to hit their sales targets. This role is suited for a hunter, who enjoys visiting clients coordinating this strategically throughout New Zealand, You would be experienced selling SaaS solution and can use a consultative sales strategy and close a number of deals monthly within 3 months and usually within 4 weeks or less. You would need a similar selling motion - enterprise sellers doing only 18 month sales cycles wouldn't work for this role. A large part of this role is converting their existing clients from their older legacy solution onto their new leading cloud software solutions - as they have a high percentage of the market in NZ this is a large part of the role. The rest is selling their software into practices that don't use it already. You'd be selling a leading solution, that will genuinely make their practices run more efficiently, make their job easier and less stressful and with additional services and coaching solutions help them drive more traffic into their practices. Demonstrated ability to add value to customers while hitting business targets Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control and account development Customer focused and understand how to deep dive into customer needs Ability to build pipeline, get in front of prospects, close deals, and repeat - leveraging referrals, etc On Offer: A base salary of NZ $100K to $130K or higher $17,500K car allowance, petrol, parking and commissions.
