HR Administrator – Mulgrave, Victoria We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and tech-savvy HR Administrator to support end-to-end HR administration across recruitment, onboarding, HRIS, training coordination, and day-to-day employee queries. What you’ll do Recruitment administration: phone-screen candidates, schedule and confirm interviews, coordinate hiring panels, and manage correspondence. Pre-employment checks: book and track background/reference checks, right-to-work verification, and other compliance steps. Onboarding coordination: prepare contracts and welcome packs, create employee files, set up systems access, and ensure a smooth Day 1. General HR admin: maintain accurate records, update HR documents and templates, and support HR projects. HR enquiries: act as a first point of contact for staff, escalating where needed. HRIS & data: update employee details, produce basic reports, and help maintain data integrity. Training coordination: schedule sessions, track attendance/completions, and manage invitations and materials. What you’ll bring Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in commerce/business, Human Resources, or Organisational Psychology (or equivalent). Knowledge: understanding of Australian workplace legislation and HR best practice. Communication: excellent written and verbal skills with a confident, pleasant phone manner. Tech skills: proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (essential). HRIS/database experience (desirable).
