Role Overview We are on the lookout for a driven and high-energy Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end client management, building strong relationships and placing top-tier talent in permanent roles. You'll have roles from Day 1, with up to five job requisitions in your first week, giving you immediate earning potential and an exciting pipeline to work with. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for gerenal roles Build and nurture relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders. Source, screen, and place professionals in contract and permanent positions. Provide market insights and strategic recruitment solutions to clients. Drive business development and account management to expand our client portfolio. Work with national PSA agreements to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including talent mapping. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability for roles. Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs. Create and manage job postings while maintaining strong talent pipelines. Guide and support candidates throughout the recruitment process. What We’re Looking For Demonstrated experience in permanent recruitment within an agency environment is essential. A hunger for success, resilience, and a competitive mindset. Proven ability to source and place professionals across Australia. Strong sales and business development skills – but if that’s not your strength, we can tailor the role to focus on delivery. Exceptional relationship-building skills and a consultative recruitment approach. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. A passion for supporting Indigenous employment and workforce diversity. Work Environment Immediate roles to fill from Day 1 – expect up to five roles in your first week!
