The role - your duties will include: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking; Prospecting, cold calling, door knocking, letter box drop offs; Developing and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients and properties in the commercial and industrial space; Providing guidance and expert advice to valued clients on market trends, investment opportunities and property values; Booking and conducting appraisals for commercial and industrial properties; Arranging and conducting open homes and property inspections; Listing commercial and industrial properties for sale; Managing leads pipeline; Negotiating lease and sale agreements; Handling phone and email inquiries; Building strong and meaningful relationships with landlords, tenants, developers and investors; Preparing effective, eye-catching marketing materials; Conducting market research and staying abreast of new market trends; and Data entry and other administrative duties as required. The candidate - to succeed in this role you'll have: Previous real estate experience; Experience in the commercial and industrial space is advantageous, however not essential; A current Real Estate Licence/Certificate Of Registration, or willing to obtain one; High levels of professionalism; Effective and diplomatic communication skills - written and verbal; The ability to build and nurture positive relationships; Fantastic organisation skills and the ability to prioritise effectively; A positive attitude, display initiative and be solution focused; A strong attention to detail; Good negotiation skills; Strong conflict resolution skills; Professional personal presentation, at all times; The ability to adhere to company procedures, policies & legislation, ensuring best practice is maintained; and Have a commitment to a team culture.
