You’ll be the driving force behind our growth in civil and commercial construction, leveraging our existing national PSA agreements and exclusive clients while building new opportunities in one of the fastest-growing markets in the country. With a contractor workforce of 60 already deployed nationally, you’ll have the platform and backing to scale quickly. Responsibilities Leading and inspiring a high-performing team, with a vision to grow to 15–20 consultants over the next 3 years. Driving expansion across construction, engineering, mining, property, and manufacturing – starting with civil and commercial construction. Securing and growing new business opportunities, tapping into both local clients and national accounts. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring outstanding service delivery. Partnering closely with the Fetch leadership team to execute our 5-year national growth strategy. Qualifications Proven leadership in technical or trades recruitment A track record of scaling teams and delivering strong results. Strategic mindset with the hunger to build a market-leading office from the ground up. Ability to inspire, develop, and mentor consultants to reach their full potential.
