This includes fault finding, repairs, equipment installations, and ensuring machinery runs safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical faults and breakdowns Support root cause analysis and follow-up actions Keep detailed records of maintenance tasks and repairs Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment uptime Comply with GMP, WHS, and site standards About You: Trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter with 3 years' experience Background in food manufacturing, high-speed packaging, or FMCG Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Welding and lathe experience (advantageous) Able to work under pressure and respond quickly to breakdowns Solid understanding of GMP, safety protocols, and maintenance systems If you're a hands-on Maintenance Fitter looking for job security, career growth, and great earning potential in a supportive environment – we’d love to hear from you.
