About the Role Our client is seeking a savvy, intuitive and highly organised Executive Assistant to join the Office of the CEO, and support both the CEO and Chief of Staff. The role is varied, hands-on and ultimately needs to ensure day to day operations, as well as project initiatives and broader executive requirements are managed professionally, efficiently and in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities No two days will be the same and this role is responsible for a broad range of high-level coordination, executive support as well as hands-on duties, including: Diary management, meeting coordination, and travel logistics for the CEO and senior leadership team and Board; Preparing correspondence, reports, briefing papers, and presentations; Managing internal and external communications with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, government representatives and others; Tracking progress and reporting on a range of CEO-led initiatives and cross-functional projects; Supporting the planning and coordination of leadership events and forums, and Maintaining confidentiality and sound judgement across all tasks in a fast paced, complex, high-stakes environment. About You You are experienced, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced executive settings. You have exceptional judgement, communication skills, and the ability to manage shifting priorities with grace and precision. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: 3–5 years’ experience in executive coordination or executive assistant roles Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to engage professionally across a range of stakeholders Confidence using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration tools A keen eye for detail, a high level of discretion, and a calm, can-do attitude Why Join?
