You’ll be the vital link between residents, contractors, and our property management team – ensuring our communities remain safe, attractive, and well-maintained. Here's what else you'll do: Coordinate and schedule all preventative and reactive maintenance tasks for the asset. Experience in performing general repairs such as plumbing, electrical, plant and machinery, light bulb changes, painting, plastering and carpentry Liaise with residents, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests Monitor and manage maintenance requests, ensuring accurate record-keeping and prompt follow-up Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues proactively Source and manage contractors, ensuring quality work and compliance with company standards Assist Property Manager and Facilities Manager with budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Provide excellent customer service to residents, ensuring a positive living experience Skills & Experience: You will bring proven experience in maintenance coordination, facilities, or property management - ideally within residential, BTR, or retirement living environments. Highly organised and tech-savvy, you will thrive on juggling multiple priorities while delivering a seamless service experience.
