About the Role Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for a broad range of accounting functions including: Month-end reporting and general ledger reconciliations BAS, PAYG and payroll tax preparation Oversight of AP/AR and cashflow management Assist with budgeting and forecasting Liaising with external accountants and auditors Supporting process improvements and internal reporting initiatives What We're Looking For Previous experience in a hands-on accounting role Strong understanding of general accounting principles and compliance A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset The Offer Salary of $80K - $100K Super , depending on experience Supportive leadership with opportunities for development Long-term, stable role with a reputable business Inner-city office location with parking available This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a down-to-earth, values-driven business where their contribution is genuinely valued.
