THE ROLE Manage an end-to-end portfolio of physical and psychological workers compensation claims across the NSW and QLD legislation Liaise with key internal stakeholders to gather information Make liability decisions on claims and communicate effectively Coordinate medical treatment where necessary Conduct strategic file reviews with key internal stakeholders Give input into monthly meetings with stakeholders to drive outcomes Build lasting relationships with company line managers ABOUT YOU 3 years workers compensation claims experience essential Allied Health background desired. Effective and proactive communicator. Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
