Where you will be working: This global and award-winning Architecture company is looking for an experienced Finance Officer to join their team on a short term contract basis. Conveniently located in the CBD, close to public transport. If you are available immediately, this 4-5 week contract is just for you! What will you be doing: Working closely with the Finance Manage your duties will include, but are not limited to: Accounts payable process including reconciliation and payments Following up on payments and completing tasks within the agreed timeframe Preparation of fortnightly payroll, BAS, Payroll Tax, and Superannuation payments Reviewing of all invoices, payments and receipts Adhoc Finance duties Do you have what it takes? It goes without saying you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and a real go-getter! You must have experience working with Xero. Previous payroll experience essential.
