Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with broker partners, associations, and cluster/umbrella groups. Actively promote a suite of innovative insurance products through face-to-face meetings, webinars, PD days, expos, and conferences. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support regional growth. Collaborate closely with underwriting teams across multiple brands. Support marketing initiatives and assist in launching new products to market. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and broker needs to inform strategy. Monitor broker performance and implement improvements to drive success. Provide market intelligence feedback to internal stakeholders. Lead and support regional team operations. Contribute to the development of marketing and engagement strategies. Requirements: Proven experience in relationship management within the insurance sector. Strong understanding of the Queensland insurance market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to unite teams and stakeholders toward common goals. Solid knowledge of general insurance and regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Current driver’s license and willingness to travel interstate and intrastate. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
