About Role Our client are seeking someone with the ability to step into a quality control and training role. Having the passion and experience in coffee making, your goal is to train our amazing staff and streamline the coffee standards ensuring excellent quality and services in our stores. Your Duties will include: Training staff across all the stores Help to launch implement new products and equipment. Ensure the standards and expectations across stores are met. Assist to drive coffee sales across the group.
