Job Description An opportunity has become available for an experienced Hospitality Manager to join a leading winery in South Australia. This versatile role will combine elements of hospitality service, events, sales, and business development, making it ideal for someone eager to grow both personally and professionally while supporting a thriving business. The Company This family-owned winery is home to one of the largest hospitality venues in the Barossa Valley. With an award-winning restaurant, a state-of-the-art events space, a cellar door, and a range of estate experiences, the winery is a destination for both locals and visitors. Known for its warm atmosphere, excellent wines, and commitment to showcasing the region, the business continues to expand its presence in both hospitality and tourism markets. The Role Reporting directly to the Director, the Hospitality Manager will be responsible for overseeing key operational and growth-focused areas of the business. Depending on experience, the focus may lean towards events, business development, or hospitality service, particularly during peak seasons.
