About the Position Step into an Assistant Venue Manager role with a salary up to $90k (depending on experience) and genuine opportunities to progress into senior management. You'll be the go-to second in charge, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, mentoring staff, and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Position Description Oversee daily operations across the bar, bistro, and gaming Lead, mentor, and train front-of-house staff to service standards Manage rostering, inventory, and ordering in line with budget targets Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS, and licensing requirements Work closely with the Venue Manager to achieve KPIs and drive growth Position Requirements Previous experience in a management or 2IC role in hospitality Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Solid knowledge of FOH >BOH operational systems Hands-on approach with a focus on service and guest satisfaction Current NSW RSA and RCG certifications Availability to work a mix of days, nights, weekends, and public holidays Coastal hospitality group seeks experienced 2IC. $90k career growth in a high-volume, well-run venue.
