Brisbane based role initial 12 month with 12 month extension option Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Administrator to join a collaborative IT team, delivering high-quality technical solutions to support enterprise service management capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to work across both BAU and project streams, designing, implementing, and supporting solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Key responsibilities: Provide operational and administrative support for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Design, document, implement, and test technical solutions to deliver enhanced online service offerings. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements, resolve issues, and deliver innovative solutions. Research and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities. Ensure compliance with best practice methodologies and deliver continual service improvement. About you: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a CSA-certified ServiceNow Administrator or Developer, with specialisation in ITSM and/or HRSD, WSD, CSM, CMDB, or Integration Hub. Proven experience in configuration management, programming/software development, systems integration, software design, and functional testing. ITIL certification (minimum 5 years’ experience) highly regarded. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a team environment.
