An Agile Delivery Lead position is available in Brisbane, Australia. The role is a hybrid position that will join the heavy machinery maintenance domain. This is a leadership position that involves a combination of Scrum Master and Project Manager duties. Experience in Heavy industry, Construction, Energy or Mining is ideal. The Delivery Lead's responsibilities include: Supporting the development team, product owners, and product managers to execute domain objectives. Facilitating various meetings such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and Quarterly Business Review planning. Managing end-to-end delivery across the team's work streams. Overseeing stakeholders, sprints, scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and milestones. Supporting product owners with backlog refinement and stakeholder engagement. Preparing progress reports that detail team progress, risks, issues, and achievements. Anticipating and removing obstacles for development teams. Facilitating communication and resolving disagreements within and outside of the teams. Candidates should have over five years of experience in a delivery-focused role using Lean-Agile practices or leading iterative development teams, both onshore and offshore. The role requires extensive experience managing complex projects with inter- and intra-team dependencies and using Agile and Hybrid methodologies. Other qualifications and experience include: Experience with agile and collaboration software tools such as JIRA and Confluence. The ability to create user-friendly dashboards that guide sprint delivery and manage capacity and demand. An understanding of agile frameworks and methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Design Thinking, and Human-Centred Design. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Being a critical thinker who can think both strategically and tactically. The ability to handle ambiguity and stay composed in high-pressure situations. 6 month contract role
