Description We’re looking for a Client Relations – Field Specialist to represent SFI across both Melbourne and regional major infrastructure projects. In this role you’ll: Be the primary contact for key clients and projects, building trust and solving problems quickly. Spend half your time onsite with project teams, making sure tools and equipment are delivered seamlessly. Drive account growth by spotting opportunities and working with our sales team on proposals and renewals. Support tenders, proposals, and client meetings with clear input and a solutions focus. Keep records up to date in our CRM to ensure visibility of all activity. Represent SFI at industry events and site meetings to strengthen our reputation and presence. This isn’t a desk job. It’s a chance to get out onsite, build genuine client partnerships, and play a key role in projects that matter. Skills And Experiences We’re after someone who’s: A natural relationship builder with proven account management experience (infrastructure, construction, or industrial preferred). Balanced – just as comfortable working with people as you are getting the job done. Hungry for growth – both your own career and the accounts you manage. Calm under pressure, solutions focused, and able to juggle onsite and office priorities. A clear communicator across all levels, from site crews to senior stakeholders. Licensed and ready to travel to client sites across Melbourne and regional VIC. Nice to have: tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, or related fields, plus formal training in account management or sales.
